Job summary

Artha, a Pavago client, seeks a Head of Sales & Distribution to build the go-to-market and distribution engine for its portfolio intelligence platform. You will work directly with founders and product leadership to craft a scalable commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.

The role is remote and hands-on, with heavy emphasis on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; equity participation is likely as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to build a zero-to-one commercial motion in WealthTech/investment tech.
• Strong track record closing complex opportunities with RIAs, family offices, and institutions.
• Experience creating scalable distribution strategies without a mature inbound engine.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end go-to-market and distribution strategy for Artha's platform.
• Personally generate pipeline through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Develop messaging, collateral, and product feedback to inform roadmap.
• Build direct and partner-driven distribution channels and manage the sales cycle.
• Close meaningful business and shape the commercial engine for scale.
