Job summary

Artha is seeking a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. This remote leadership role requires hands-on selling and the ability to influence go-to-market direction with founders and product leadership.

You will develop scalable channels, shape the commercial narrative, and personally drive pipeline, opportunities, and revenue while building a repeatable sales engine for future growth.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech or related financial products.
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Proven track record of personally generating pipeline and closing meaningful business.
• Experience building a zero-to-one commercial motion and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to translate complex investment technology into a compelling commercial narrative.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Artha’s sales and distribution strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutions.
• Personally source opportunities, run discovery, and close deals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels (direct and partner-driven).
• Shape positioning, messaging, collateral, and outbound processes based on market feedback.
• Build and implement a repeatable sales process and CRM discipline.
• Lead commercial initiatives and scale the go-to-market organization.
