Job summary

Artha, a portfolio intelligence platform, seeks a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. This remote role demands hands-on pipeline generation, discovery, and direct selling to establish a scalable distribution model.

You will collaborate with founders and product leadership to sharpen positioning, craft messaging, and develop a repeatable go-to-market engine that can scale beyond founder-led selling.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech or investment technology
• Proven track record generating pipeline and closing opportunities
• Ability to build and lead a zero-to-one commercial motion
• Strong networks across RIAs and institutional investors

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Artha’s sales and distribution strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Personally source opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
• Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with wealth platforms, custodians, and asset managers
• Translate investment technology into a compelling commercial narrative and sales collateral
• Establish a repeatable sales process, CRM structure, and KPIs for forecasting
