Job summary

Artha, a WealthTech platform, is hiring a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. This remote, leadership role requires hands-on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing deals while shaping Artha’s go-to-market and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech, investment technology, or related financial products.
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, or institutional investors.
• Proven track record generating pipeline and closing meaningful business.
• Experience building a zero-to-one commercial motion, not just managing an inbound engine.
• Ability to shape positioning, messaging, collateral, and sales processes based on market feedback.

Responsibilities

• Open doors and leverage your existing network to generate pipeline.
• Personally prospect and close opportunities in a hands-on manner.
• Run discovery conversations and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Develop strategic distribution and partnerships with wealth platforms, custodians, and asset managers.
• Establish a repeatable commercial model and a disciplined sales process.
