Artha in a remote-ready role seeks a Head of Sales & Distribution to build the commercial engine around its WealthTech portfolio. You’ll directly prospect, open doors, run discovery, present the platform, and close meaningful business with RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.

This leader will craft a repeatable model, define go-to-market priorities, develop partnerships, and create scalable distribution channels while working closely with founders and product leadership.

Competenze

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech, investment technology, or related financial products.
• Deep familiarity with the wealth-management ecosystem.
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and/or institutional investors.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close meaningful business.
• Experience building a zero-to-one commercial motion.
• Experience shaping sales strategy where no mature playbook exists.
• Experience with direct sales and strategic distribution partnerships.
• Ability to translate complex investment products into a simple commercial narrative.
• Willingness to be hands-on in prospecting, discovery, relationship development, and closing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity.

• Build and execute Artha’s sales and distribution strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Personally source new opportunities and open doors; manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Develop strategic distribution partnerships and cultivate relationships with wealth platforms, custodians, and asset managers.
• Own the commercial narrative, positioning, collateral, and outbound messaging.
• Establish a disciplined sales process, CRM structure, and pipeline management standards.
• Gather market feedback to inform product priorities and commercial strategy.
• Lead the creation of a repeatable distribution model and scale the organization.
