Job summary

Artha is hiring a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial engine for wealth management clients. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, develop scalable channels, and personally drive opportunities from prospecting to close.

This remote leadership role requires deep WealthTech experience, strong relationships with RIAs and institutions, and a proven ability to create and scale a new sales motion with founders and product leaders.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech or investment technology
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, or institutional investors
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals in a zero-to-one environment

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and distribution strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Personally source opportunities, run discovery, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals
• Build direct and partnership-driven distribution channels and governance processes
• Define qualification criteria, sales stages, KPIs, and forecasting to enable scale
• Collaborate with founders, product, investments, and marketing to sharpen positioning and messaging
