Artha, a Pavago client, is hiring a Head of Sales & Distribution to build the commercial engine for its portfolio intelligence platform, selling to RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. You will shape positioning, design the go-to-market, and personally generate pipeline while leading both direct sales and strategic partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech, investment technology, portfolio solutions, asset-management solutions
• Deep familiarity with the wealth-management and investment ecosystem
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and/or institutional investors
• Proven track record of personally generating pipeline and closing meaningful business
• Experience building or helping build a zero-to-one commercial motion
• Experience developing sales strategy where a mature playbook or inbound engine did not already exist
• Experience with both: Direct sales; Strategic distribution partnerships
• Ability to shape positioning, messaging, collateral, and sales processes based on market feedback
• Ability to translate sophisticated investment products and technology into a simple, compelling commercial narrative
• Comfortable selling directly to sophisticated investment professionals and decision-makers
• Strong pipeline management and commercial discipline
• Comfortable working directly with founders in an early-stage environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Willingness to remain highly hands-on in prospecting, discovery, relationship development, and closing

• Prospecting into target RIAs or family offices, leveraging your network to open conversations with institutional investors
• Running discovery conversations and delivering product and commercial presentations
• Building strategic distribution relationships and evaluating partnerships
• Developing a repeatable commercial model capable of scaling beyond founder-led selling
• Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle and closing meaningful business
• Creating a disciplined sales process and CRM structure from the ground up
