Job summary

Artha is seeking a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. This zero-to-one, hands-on leadership role is remote and reports to the founders and product leadership.

You will open doors, generate pipeline, run discovery, develop strategic relationships, and design a repeatable go-to-market motion. You’ll shape positioning, messaging, and distribution, with risk-balanced execution.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience selling WealthTech or investment technology solutions
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close opportunities
• Experience building zero-to-one commercial motions and go-to-market strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to early-stage growth

Responsibilities

• Open doors and generate pipeline across RIAs, family offices, and institutions
• Lead discovery conversations and deliver compelling product and commercial presentations
• Build strategic distribution channels, including direct sales and partnerships
• Define qualification criteria, sales stages, and KPIs; manage the full sales cycle
• Develop positioning, collateral, and outbound messaging with product and marketing teams
• Shape Artha’s commercial narrative and inform product priorities based on market feedback
