Job summary

Reacher is seeking a Head of Sales to own sales operations and the AE team. You will be a senior, hands-on leader who sets territories and makes quota visible, driving revenue at a fast-growing AI-powered platform.

In this role, you will manage the AE team with coaching and accountability, ensure clear territory and quota visibility, and build scalable sales processes while partnering with founders to keep AEs selling.
