Job summary

N/A, an AI-focused HR technology startup, seeks an early-career Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help shape our GTM strategy. You will work closely with leadership and product and engineering teams to bring AI-driven HR solutions to market.

What you'll do: run prospecting, demos, negotiation and close; research accounts and build pipeline; engage HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement. Remote within the US. Base salary $65k–$75k with a $140k OTE, 50/50 base and variable commission.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in sales or related field.
• Interest in HR, finance, or AI is a plus.
• Remote within the US is required.
