Job summary

Artha, a WealthTech platform, seeks a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead its commercial motion with RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors. You’ll work directly with founders to shape go-to-market, identify scalable channels, and personally drive pipeline and closures.

This remote, senior leadership role requires hands-on selling, strategic relationship building, and a track record of creating repeatable distribution. Equity opportunity is included.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling WealthTech or related financial products.
• Established relationships across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Experience building or helping build a zero-to-one commercial motion.
• Ability to translate complex investment tech into a clear narrative.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Artha’s sales and distribution strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Personally source opportunities, open doors, and develop a repeatable commercial model.
• Lead discovery conversations and deliver compelling product and commercial presentations.
• Build strategic distributions with direct and partnership channels.
• Own positioning, collateral, and outbound messaging with cross-functional teams.
• Establish a disciplined sales process, CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
