Job summary

Concurrent Real-Time, part of HBK’s Virtual Test Division, seeks a hands-on Manager to lead the Simulation Workbench team. You will set direction, own delivery, and contribute technically while shaping the product roadmap for SimWB used in automotive, aerospace, and defense testing.

You will work cross-functionally with Applications Engineering, Support and Manufacturing, and drive critical design decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on development in C/C++ in a Linux environment.
• Experience owning product direction, roadmap, or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SimWB engineering team, set priorities, remove obstacles and ensure on-time delivery.
• Stay hands-on with design, code, and technical problem solving alongside the team.
• Own the SimWB release process, including planning, build, validation, packaging, and communications.
