Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior leader to own and scale new-business growth across five J-1 teaching brands. You will design coherent GTM strategies, build a national partner network, and partner with Sales Ops and Marketing to drive a high-velocity pipeline.

You’ll lead a five-brand go-to-market that reflects each brand’s value, while ensuring compliance, quality, and a data-driven approach. This is a leadership role reporting to executive leadership and the board for rapid, sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building a new-sales function from scratch.
• Experience running multi-brand go-to-market programs in education or related sectors.
• Proven ability to build partner networks and bridge marketing, sales, and operations.
• CRM/RevOps expertise with pipeline and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a five-brand new-sales motion across districts and schools.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and deal velocity pipelines.
• Own marketing for the programs and align with brand strategies.
• Develop and grow a national partner/referral network year-round.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while scaling growth.
