Job summary

Vanteo seeks a high-impact senior leader to own the launch and growth of five J-1 teacher-placement brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will design parallel go-to-market motions, build a durable, multi-year engine for net-new district and school wins, and scale a national partner network with compliance and quality in focus.

You'll own the budget, staffing, and CRM underpinning a fast-moving sales organization, while coordinating marketing, operations, and program compliance across brands.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales or GTM leadership, including building a new-business function.
• Strong understanding of J-1 program dynamics and sponsorship basics (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of K-12 districts, networks, and procurement cycles.
• Proven track record of establishing and leading multi-brand go-to-market motions.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps experience with pipeline, forecasting, and automation.
• Experience building durable partner networks with governments, communities, or recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead five distinct go-to-market strategies (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC) for net-new schools and districts.
• Own budget, headcount, tooling, and partner spend; defend investment with executive leadership.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal velocity within CRM.
• Build and scale revenue generation, campaigns, and partner referrals into pipeline.
• Collaborate with AI/data teams to shape models supporting sales and growth.
• Lead marketing for J-1 programs and align with five brands’ positioning.
