Job summary

Vanteo seeks a seasoned sales leader to own a new multi-brand GTM and build a durable pipeline across five J-1 teacher brands. You will architect pipeline, forecasting, and marketing collaboration, while partnering with program and compliance teams to ensure quality and compliance at scale.

You will mentor a small Ops/Revenue team and collaborate with Enterprise Sales, partnerships, and state education networks to expand national reach.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership with multi-brand / multi-product experience.
• Experience building or leading a new-business function from scratch.
• Familiarity with education or government networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new multi-brand sales function (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Build and run five go-to-market strategies with a shared infrastructure.
• Design pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity with Sales Ops and Marketing.
