Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior sales leader to own new-business growth across five J-1 brands. You will architect coherent GTM strategies, build a national marketing and RevOps backbone, and translate market analysis into a live pipeline.

You’ll partner with program and compliance teams to engage superintendents and CAOs, while guiding CRM architecture and partner referrals for durable pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch.
• Ability to design multi-brand go-to-market strategies.
• Comfort with CRM/RevOps and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
