Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior leader to own new-business growth for its five J-1 teacher brands. You will design and run five coherent go-to-market strategies, reflecting each brand’s unique offering while leveraging shared infrastructure like HubSpot and market intelligence.

You’ll build and lead a national sales operation, marketing support, and revenue-generation engine, partnering with executive leadership to allocate budget and resources to maximize pipeline and placements.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in new-business or GTM leadership.
• Experience building multi-brand go-to-market motions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead five distinct GTM strategies across Vanteo’s J-1 brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Own budget, staffing, tooling, and partner investments for a new-sales function.
• Stand up revenue generation and demand-gen engines across state and partner networks.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and enterprise teams to ensure aligned execution.
