Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior sales leader to own new-business growth across five J-1 brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You will develop coherent go-to-market strategies, align with marketing and operations, and drive a multi-brand, multi-year revenue engine.

You will inherit market analysis, build five parallel motions, and work with the President and Board on budgets, staffing, and compliance to scale net-new district, network, and school relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch.
• Ability to architect CRM/RevOps for a distributed sales org.

Responsibilities

• Own five brand go-to-market strategies with tailored positioning and pricing.
• Lead a new sales organization across brands and ensure pipeline growth.
• Build and defend budget for new-sales function and tools.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and CRM stack.
