Job summary

Vanteo seeks a senior leader to own the new-business engine across five J-1 brands, crafting parallel GTM motions for schools, networks, and districts. You will build the sales ops, forecasting, and CRM stack while shaping partner and compliance programs.

Reporting to the executive team, you’ll architect a durable, scalable pipeline, collaborate with data/AI teams, and drive multi-year growth across public and private education markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales leadership
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch
• Ability to design and run multi-brand go-to-market strategies
• Comfort collaborating with AI/data teams for sales enablement
• Proven track record building partner networks with DOE, communities, recruiters

Responsibilities

• Own new-business growth across five J-1 brands
• Build and run five coherent GTM strategies
• Stand up sales ops, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM automation
• Develop and grow a national partner network
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while meeting targets
