Job summary

Vanteo is seeking a senior leader to own new-business growth across five J-1 teacher brands. You will craft five coherent go-to-market strategies, build a multi-brand sales engine, and work with a board-backed budget and resources to ship a Fall 2027 sprint and beyond.

The role demands hands-on CRM/RevOps, partner-network development, and collaboration with enterprise teams. You’ll drive pipeline, forecasts, and marketing collaboration, while maintaining compliance and quality in placements.

Qualifications

• Requires senior, multi-brand GTM leadership experience.
• Experience building new-sales functions from scratch.
• Strong CRM, analytics, and incentives design background.

Responsibilities

• Lead five go-to-market strategies for five brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC).
• Own budget, staffing, and tooling for new-sales function.
• Stand up sales operations, pipeline forecasting, and revenue-generation programs.
• Collaborate across marketing, partnerships, and enterprise sales to align across brands.
