Vanteo is hiring a senior leader to own new-business growth across five J-1 teacher brands (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, HRC). You’ll build and run five coherent go-to-market strategies under one infrastructure, including HubSpot, sales ops, and market intelligence.  This is a leadership role with board-backed investment in a national sales function and marketing budget.

You’ll shape pipeline, partnerships, and compliance while collaborating with enterprise sales and operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executive leadership or a board.
• Ability to tailor GTM strategies across five distinct brands and manage cross-brand collaboration.
