Qualifications
- 10+ years leading technology and engineering programs
- 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization
- 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, PMO
- 4+ years conducting discovery sessions, workshops and enablement
- 2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Define and drive Platform strategy with Architecture and AppDev
- Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools
- Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices
- Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and integrations
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams and manage cloud spend
- Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics across platforms
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services
