Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Engineering Leader in HR Technology to guide strategy, design, and operational excellence of multi-cloud platforms and internal tools. You will drive DevOps, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across the software lifecycle, leading high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands excellent communication, proven delivery pace, and hands-on engineering oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large software engineering programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
8+ years in matrix leadership.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO.
4+ years leading discovery sessions, workshops, and enablement.
2+ years coordinating across software teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Platform strategy with Architecture and AppDev teams.
Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools to reduce developer load.
Lead CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices with observability.
Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
Mentor cross-functional teams, manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
Track metrics like DORA, deployment frequency, and MTTR.
Evaluate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services for platform use.
