Qualifications

10+ years leading large software programs with KPIs.
8+ years in a matrix leadership role.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.
4+ years of discovery, onboarding, and enablement activities.
2+ years coordinating across software cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools.
Lead CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
Partner with product, architecture, and stakeholders for scalable solutions.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend and budgets.
Track engineering metrics and governance; manage cloud costs and compliance.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services.
