• Over 10 years leading large software programs and managing senior stakeholders.
• 8+ years in matrix leadership.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence development.
• 4+ years leading discovery sessions and enablement activities.
• 2+ years coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years influencing vendor and budget relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools to reduce developer effort.
• Lead CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend and vendor negotiations.
• Track deployment metrics and ensure reliability and governance, including cost compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into delivery lifecycle.
