Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs and teams.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams.
• 4+ years leading discovery sessions, workshops, and enablement activities.
• 2+ years in a leadership coordinating across software teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, self-service tools, and golden paths.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices for security and observability.
• Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders for scalable solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Track engineering productivity, reliability metrics, and cloud costs.
