Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software programs with KPI reporting to Senior Leaders.
• 8+ years guiding teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, PMO to influence development.
• 4+ years of discovery sessions, workshops, demos and enablement activities.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools to improve developer experience.
• Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
• Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics while managing costs and compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into delivery lifecycles.
