Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer Leader to guide a high-visibility pre-sales team across Cribl's platform. You will mentor SE Managers, drive AI-enabled enablement, and partner with Enterprise sales to hit multi-product quota.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive-level customers.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales team or region in a software company.
• Experience leading SE Managers.
• Experience supporting large, complex multi-year enterprise deals.
• Ability to teach consultative, land-and-expand selling methodology.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and automation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in pre-sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Design and execute talent strategy for the AMER SE team, including recruiting and retention.
• Champion AI and automation tools across the SE organization to streamline enablement and PoV delivery.
• Provide mentorship to SE Managers and SEs with a Customer First mindset.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR expansion targets.
• Improve PoV conversion, standardize sales methodologies, and accelerate sales cycles.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and channel/FSI partners as Cribl expands.
