Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company seeking a senior pre-sales leader to guide Solutions Engineers across Cribl's platform. You will mentor SE Managers, drive PoV delivery, and align technical enablement with sales strategy.

You will partner with Enterprise sales to accelerate multi-product growth, standardize MEDDIC-driven processes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to expand Cribl's Apps, AI Insights, and new product lines. Travel ~30%.

Qualifications

Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and leadership.
Experience leading a technical pre-sales team or region at a software company.
Experience coaching SE Managers (leaders of leaders).
Experience supporting large, multi-year Enterprise deals, including multi-product bundling.
Ability to teach land-and-expand selling methodology for opportunities across a multi-product portfolio.
Demonstrated mindset of leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance team efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
Shape GTM strategy and hit regional quota and ARR targets.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals.
Deliver executive-level presentations and PoV events.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and partners on platform expansion.
