Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior pre-sales leader to guide a high-impact Solutions Engineering organization in a remote-first environment. You will drive multi-product platform selling, enable enterprise deals, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to optimize PoV delivery and post-sale handoffs.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales leadership, experience managing SE managers, and a willingness to travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders).
• Experience driving target attainment for monthly/quarterly/annual quotas and consumption targets.
• Experience with multi-product/platform selling motions (on‑prem to cloud/hybrid).
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across the full Cribl platform, shaping talent strategy and enabling high performance.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR growth; optimize PoV conversion and sales motion efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance to revenue leaders on platform-selling motions and product gaps; align cross‑functional resources.
• Represent Cribl’s portfolio with executive customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success; collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and partners.
