Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior pre-sales leader to guide Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's multi-product platform. You will shape AMER SE talent strategy, drive AI-enabled enablement, and partner with Enterprise sales to reach regional quotas and ARR growth.

You will mentor leaders, coordinate with product/engineering/marketing, and help Cribl expand into new product lines while maintaining a customer-first approach across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders) with multi-product sales motions.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for the AMER SE team (recruiting, enablement, career paths, retention).
• Champion AI and automation tools to streamline enablement and PoV delivery.
• Develop the technical depth of team members across Cribl's product portfolio and AI telemetry use cases.
• Mentor SE Managers and SEs, fostering a customer-first mindset.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR growth with multi-product strategies.
• Drive PoV conversion, standardized sales methodologies (MEDDIC), and fast cycles.
• Collaborate with CS to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer retention.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and channel partners as Cribl expands.
