Job summary

Cribl is seeking a dynamic pre-sales leader to guide a high‑visibility Solutions Engineering team and drive adoption of Cribl's multi‑product platform. You will partner with Enterprise sales to hit quotas and accelerate PoV delivery while shaping the GTM strategy and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, customer‑first pre‑sales excellence, and strategic initiatives across Cribl's Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a technical pre-sales team or region at a software company.
• Experience with multi-product/platform selling motions and large Enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Solutions Engineers team across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV efficiency and pre-sales cycles.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, product, and engineering to enable platform expansion and revenue growth.
