Job summary

Cribl, a remote‑first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a senior pre‑sales leader to guide Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across the Cribl platform. You will shape GTM strategy, accelerate PoV value, and drive multi‑product adoption in a fast‑growing environment.

You will partner with Enterprise sales, Customer Success, and product teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong exec engagements, and sustained NRR. Travel ~30% is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in executive presentations with customers.
• History of leading a technical pre‑sales team or regional team at a software company.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leader of leaders).
• Experience supporting large, complex multi‑year Enterprise deals, including multi‑product bundling and/or on‑prem‑to‑cloud/hybrid migrations.
• Ability to teach consultative, land‑and‑expand selling methodologies.
• Demonstrated willingness to leverage AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing pre‑sales leadership role, OR equivalent combination.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers who support Cribl's full platform across PoVs and educations.
• Shape Cribl's GTM strategy with Enterprise sales leadership to drive quota, ARR growth, and multi‑product attachment.
• Drive pre‑sales excellence by optimizing PoV conversions, shortening sales cycles, and standardizing methodologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and partners to cover platform expansions and new lines.
