Job summary

Cribl is hiring a senior pre‑sales leadership role to guide a high‑visibility SE team and shape the GTM strategy for a multi‑product platform including Stream, Edge, Lake, Search. You will lead talent development and drive PoV excellence across Cribl's offerings, partnering with Enterprise sales and CS to maximize adoption and customer success.

The role operates in a remote‑first environment across North America, with ~30% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing pre‑sales leadership role.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive customers and leadership.
Experience leading SE Managers and multi‑product/platform selling motions.
Experience with large Enterprise deals and complex sales cycles.
Ability to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

Build and lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
Develop talent strategy for AMER SE team including recruiting and retention.
Champion AI automation tools to improve enablement and PoV delivery.
Drive PoV to closure and optimize pre‑sales workflows.
Partner with Enterprise sales to hit quota and ARR targets.
Provide strategic guidance to revenue leaders on sales motions and product gaps.
Coordinate cross‑functional resources to achieve team goals.
