Cribl is hiring a senior pre-sales leader to build and guide a high-visibility Solutions Engineering team. You will shape Cribl's GTM strategy across Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search while driving multi-product opportunities.

This remote-first role requires coordinating with product, sales, and customer success across time zones and ensuring top-tier PoV execution for global customers. You will mentor managers and individual contributors, champion AI-driven enablement, and ensure alignment with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Proven track record leading a technical pre-sales team or region.
Experience with multi-product/platform selling motions.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
Design and execute talent strategy for the AMER SE team, including recruiting and retention.
Champion AI and automation tools to improve enablement and PoV delivery.
Assess and develop technical depth across the team for Cribl's platform.
Mentor SE Managers and SEs with a Customer First mindset.
Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR targets; optimize PoV conversion and sales cycles.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Channel/FSI partners on platform expansion.
Deliver executive-level presentations and PoV events; represent Cribl's portfolio.
