Cribl is hiring a senior pre-sales leader to guide a high-visibility team across the full Cribl platform (Stream, Edge, Lake, Search). You will shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales and drive PoV delivery while collaborating with Customer Success to ensure adoption and high NRR.

This remote-first role requires leadership across time zones and ~30% travel. You will mentor SE Managers and engineers, promote AI-enabled automation, and build a customer-first pre-sales culture that accelerates

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive customers and teams.
• Proven track record leading a technical pre-sales team or region in software.
• Experience coaching managers in multi‑product/platform selling motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers, driving PoV delivery and pre-sales workflows.
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to achieve team goals and present to executives.
