Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior pre-sales leader to build and guide a Solutions Engineering team across its multi-product platform. You will shape GTM strategy, drive PoV efficiency, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and partners to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales organization in software.
• Track record in multi-product/platform selling and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Solutions Engineering team across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape Cribl's GTM strategy and drive PoV efficiency and sales motions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and partners to scale platform offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet revenue and ARR targets.
