Cribl is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Leader to guide a high‑visibility, multi‑product team across Cribl's Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search platforms. This role shapes our GTM strategy and supports deployments for large enterprises.

You will partner with Enterprise sales leadership to achieve regional quota, optimize PoV delivery, and lead SE Managers with a focus on collaborative, cross‑functional execution. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive customers and leaders.
• History of successfully leading a technical pre-sales team or region at a software company with quota targets.
• Experience leading SE Managers and coaching managers through multi‑product selling motions.
• Experience supporting large, complex Enterprise deals, including multi‑product bundling and on‑prem‑to‑cloud/hybrid migrations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Design and execute a talent strategy for the AMER SE team including recruiting, enablement, career pathing, and retention.
• Champion AI and automation tools to streamline enablement and PoV delivery, and improve pre‑sales workflows.
