Job summary

Cribl is seeking an accomplished pre-sales leader to guide a high-visibility, high-impact Solutions Engineering team across our telemetry platform. You will shape GTM strategy, drive PoV delivery, and partner with Enterprise sales to expand multi-product usage and ARR growth.

You will mentor SE Managers and engineers, set a Customer First mindset, and work across product, engineering, and marketing to advance Cribl's platform in a remote-first, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role
• Experience leading multi-product/platform selling motions
• Experience with large Enterprise deals
• Ability to travel ~30%

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery and pre-sales efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, success, product, and engineering on platform expansions.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and PoV events.
• Mentor SE managers and engineers, fostering Customer First mindset.
• Manage cross-functional resources to achieve regional quota and ARR growth.
