Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a leader to guide the AI transformation and manage Solutions Engineering across its multi-product platform (Stream, Edge, Lake, Search). You will shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales, drive PoV efficiency, and raise pre-sales performance across time zones.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, collaborating with product and marketing, and advancing multi-product selling with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations - at executive level, with direct reports and leadership.
• History of successfully leading a technical pre-sales team or region at a software company driving quota and consumption targets.
• Proven experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders) with multi-product/platform selling motions.
• Experience supporting large, complex multi-year Enterprise deals, including multi-product bundling and migrations.
• Ability to teach consultative, land-and-expand selling methodology across a multi-product portfolio.
• Demonstrated mindset of using AI tools and automation to enhance team efficiency and adapt to new ways of working.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR growth; optimize PoV delivery and pre-sales workflows.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, adoption, and high Net Retention Rates.
• Provide strategic guidance on sales strategy and platform-selling motions; represent requests to executives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and channel/FSI partners to expand Cribl's portfolio.
