Job summary

Cribl is seeking a remote-first leader to guide a high-visibility Solutions Engineering team across the Cribl platform, including Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search. You will shape GTM strategy, drive PoV delivery, and optimize pre-sales workflows while coaching SE Managers and engineers.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing pre-sales leadership, proven enterprise deal experience, and willingness to travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• History of leading a technical pre-sales team or region in a software company.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders) and coaching managers.
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise deals with multi-product/ hybrid migrations.
• Able to teach consultative land-and-expand selling methodology.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery, pre-sales efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with sales, CS, product, and engineering to expand multi-product adoption and customer success.
