Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a seasoned Solutions Engineering leader to guide a high-visibility team across the Cribl platform. You will influence GTM strategy, drive PoV delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate multi-product wins.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership capacity, with strong executive communication and a track record of enterprise deals. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading a technical pre-sales team for enterprise deals.
• Strong executive communication skills with customers and leaders.
• Ability to travel roughly 30% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit quotas and drive PoV efficiency.
• Standardize sales methodologies and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent Cribl to executives through PoV events and product demos.
• Coordinate across time zones in a remote-first environment.
