Cribl, a remote‑first B2B SAAS data observability software company, is seeking a Solutions Engineering leader to guide a high-visibility team across Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search. You will shape Cribl's GTM strategy, drive PoV effectiveness, and partner with Enterprise sales, Customer Success, and product to ensure successful multi‑product deployments.

The role requires a proven pre‑sales leadership record, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and about 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical pre-sales team or regional group at a software company.
• Track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota and consumption targets.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders).
• Willing to travel about 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers who serve as core product introduction, evaluation, and education experts across Cribl's full platform.
• Design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for the AMER SE team, encompassing recruiting, enablement, career pathing, and retention.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools across the SE organization to streamline technical enablement, accelerate PoV delivery, and optimize day-to-day pre-sales workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional dotted-line resources to achieve team goals and deliver executive-level presentations, PoV events, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and channel/FSI partners as Cribl's platform expands into Apps, AI Insights, and new product lines.
