Cribl, a remote-first data observability software leader, seeks a dynamic pre-sales leadership executive to guide Solutions Engineers across AMER. You will shape GTM strategy, mentor managers, and drive multi‑product campaigns for Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search.

You will build talent, enablement, and career paths to sustain high performance and strong retention. You’ll partner with sales, CS, and product to accelerate PoV delivery, optimize cycles, and grow ARR while promoting AI‑powered

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• History of leading a technical pre-sales organization in software with quota attainment.
• Experience coaching managers through multi-product/platform selling motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers, shaping PoV delivery and education across Cribl's platform.
• Drive AMER GTM strategy, multi-product attach, and ARR expansion targets.
• Standardize sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and optimize pre‑sales processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and channels to scale platform adoption.
