Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior leader to guide a high‑visibility pre‑sales organization across its multi‑product platform. You will shape PoV strategy, enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate customer adoption and ARR growth.

You will partner with Enterprise sales, drive efficient pre‑sales cycles, and mentor SE Managers and engineers while leveraging AI and automation to improve outcomes. This is a remote‑first role with broad time‑zone coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience leading technical pre‑sales teams in software.
• Strong presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Experience driving multi‑product/platform selling motions and PoV events.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Solutions Engineering team across Cribl's platform, shaping PoV delivery and enablement.
• Drive GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to hit quota and ARR targets, emphasizing multi‑product attachment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to align platform expansion and customer outcomes.
• Represent Cribl's portfolio in executive briefings and PoV events; ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
