Job summary

Cribl is seeking a high-impact leader to steer a regional Solutions Engineering team, advancing the multi-product platform across AI and observability offerings. You will recruit, enable, and mentor SEs, guiding PoV delivery and pre-sales workflows.

You will partner with Enterprise sales to drive quota attainment, optimize PoV conversion, and promote platform-selling motions, while collaborating with product, eng, and marketing across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive customers and Cribl leadership.
• Experience leading SE Managers and multi-product platform selling.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to hit regional targets and ARR growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and deliver executive-level presentations.
