Cribl is hiring a senior pre‑sales leader to build and guide a high‑visibility SE team across the company’s multi‑product platform. You will shape GTM strategy, drive PoV efficiency, and partner with enterprise sales to achieve quota targets while aligning with customer success for high retention.

The role requires leading managers of SEs, coaching teams on multi‑product selling, and leveraging AI / automation to increase efficiency. 30% travel expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer‑facing pre‑sales leadership role.
• Experience leading a technical pre‑sales team or region at a software company with quota targets.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to hit regional quota and ARR targets; drive PoV and attach.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to achieve team goals; deliver exec‑level presentations.
