Job summary

Cribl is seeking a remote-first leader to guide a high-visibility Solutions Engineering team across our multi-product platform. You will shape GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery, combining deep technical leadership with executive communication to accelerate adoption.

Partner with Enterprise sales, Customer Success, and product to ensure seamless handoffs, robust demonstrations, and favorable quotas. Travel ~30% as needed in a global, time-zone-spread environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive customers and teams
• Experience leading SE Managers and multi-product/platform selling motions
• Ability to travel approximately 30%

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform
• Shape GTM strategy and optimize PoV delivery to shorten sales cycles
• Collaborate with Enterprise sales, Customer Success, product, and engineering
• Represent Cribl's portfolio in PoV events and product demonstrations
• Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities across time zones, with travel as needed
