Cribl, a remote-first company, seeks a seasoned pre-sales leader to guide a solutions-engineering organization focused on Cribl’s data telemetry platform. You will drive multi-product strategies, coach SE managers, and align with sales leadership to accelerate PoV delivery and platform adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership position, strong executive communication, and a track record of managing across time zones. Travel up to ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead SE teams to attainment in multi-product environments.
• Experience communicating with executive-level customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Solutions Engineers team across Cribl's platform.
• Drive GTM strategy and PoV execution with Enterprise sales.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to scale platform adoption.
