Job summary

Cribl, the AI era’s telemetry platform, seeks a high-impact, customer-facing pre-sales leader to guide a multi-product Solutions Engineering organization. You will drive PoV effectiveness, standardize sales motions, and partner with Enterprise sales to expand consumption and ARR across Cribl’s platform.

In this remote-first role, you’ll mentor SE Managers, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing, and influence cross-functional strategies to win large, multi-product deals while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders)
• Experience supporting large, complex Enterprise deals
• Ability to travel approximately 30%
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers, reports, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to hit quota and ARR targets
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for PoV events, product demos, and adoption initiatives
• Represent Cribl’s portfolio in executive-level presentations and customer demonstrations
• Operate in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones and workflows
